The Operations Associate plays a vital role within the store team, focusing on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This position collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks, providing feedback to achieve optimal results that support overall store operations. Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and supply management. The role also involves maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor, ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices, and dynamically assessing and fulfilling the needs of the business, team, and guests.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential qualities for success in this position.

Compensation for this part-time role ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
