Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Brea Mall

The Operations Associate at ALO's Brea Mall location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and refine processes that support the store's overall operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage, managing shipments and product flow, and maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor. The role also encompasses tasks such as sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, and supporting a safe and organized stockroom environment.

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational setting. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift length of four hours.
