Operations Associate (Part-Time) | Associé aux opérations - Sainte Catherine Street
The Operations Associate plays a vital role within the store team, focusing on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations and Visual Management teams to execute tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal store operations.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, analyzing and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipping, receiving, processing merchandise, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment through robust stockroom practices and dynamically addressing the needs of the business, team, and customers on the retail floor.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with shifts of at least 4 hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
