Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Alys Beach

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at Alo Yoga, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold the company's commitment to mindful movement and community betterment.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The associate also ensures a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices and dynamically assesses and fulfills the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, and must be available during the company's blackout period from Thanksgiving week through early January.
