Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Ala Moana

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks that support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The associate also ensures a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices and dynamically assesses and fulfills the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand for entire shifts. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with the company's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
