Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Walt Whitman

The Operations Associate at ALO plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold the company's commitment to mindful movement and community betterment.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management. The role also entails maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment through robust stockroom practices.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
