Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Roosevelt Field

The Operations Associate plays a pivotal role within the store team, focusing on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate tasks, complete work, and provide feedback, all aimed at optimizing total store operations. The role is integral to maintaining the seamless functioning of the store, ensuring that all operational aspects align with the company's standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes with an emphasis on maximizing accuracy and minimizing shrinkage. The Operations Associate is tasked with investigating inventory discrepancies, supporting the execution of essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. Additionally, the role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships are effectively managed.

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
