Operations Associate (FTC) - Kings Road

The Operations Associate at ALO's Kings Road location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to implement and oversee various operational tasks, ensuring the store operates seamlessly. This is a 6-month, fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management. The role also entails maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and organized stockroom environment.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational setting. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, high energy, and the ability to integrate fun into the work environment are essential. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and the ability to build genuine connections through empathy and integrity are also important. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.
