The Operations Associate at ALO's Battersea location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to implement and oversee various operational processes. The role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to the store's success.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The Operations Associate is also tasked with ensuring a safe and organized stockroom environment and dynamically responding to the needs of the business and customers on the retail floor.

Candidates should possess prior experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace are essential. Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the capacity to build genuine connections through empathy and integrity are also key qualifications. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.

The schedule for this role requires flexibility, including availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts, as determined by the General Manager.
