Onboarding Manager
As an Onboarding Manager at Conga, you will be instrumental in guiding new customers through their initial journey with our products, ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to realizing value. This role is pivotal within our Customer Success team, focusing on delivering a structured and outcome-driven onboarding experience that fosters long-term adoption and customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading onboarding kickoff and discovery sessions to understand customer goals, assisting with the configuration and validation of initial workflows, and providing hands-on technical support to address setup challenges. Additionally, you will document use cases, success criteria, and ROI drivers, while embedding customers into Conga's ecosystem by introducing them to our Community, Learning Center, and other key resources.
We are seeking candidates with a strong customer-first mindset, capable of building trust and guiding clients through change. The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency to assist with product configuration, excellent communication skills to set clear expectations, and an ownership mentality to proactively address and resolve issues. Experience in customer success, technical support, or related fields is essential.
