New York Senior Project Finance Associate Attorney

Clifford Chance's New York office is seeking a Senior Project Finance Associate Attorney to join its Global Financial Markets Group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and inclusive environment at one of the world's leading international law firms, known for its deep legal expertise and commercial intelligence across various sectors and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on complex project finance transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents, structuring financing arrangements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have prior experience in a peer law firm. Admission to, or eligibility to waive into, the New York Bar is required. Preferred class years are 2015-2018. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $435,000 to $450,000, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
