Montana Remote Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor

Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed therapists to provide virtual care as 1099 contractors. This role involves delivering tele-therapy services to clients in Montana, utilizing Headspace's HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Therapists will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting intake and follow-up therapy sessions, completing clinical case notes within 48 hours, maintaining licensure records, updating availability calendars, and communicating regularly with clinical leadership. Therapists are expected to offer a minimum of five sessions per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.

Candidates must hold an independent clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LCPC) and have at least three years of experience providing psychotherapy. Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness is required. Strong technological skills and a commitment to culturally responsive care are essential.
