Mid-Market Account Executive

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships within the mid-market segment. Gong is a leader in AI-driven revenue intelligence, providing a platform that unifies data, insights, and workflows to empower revenue teams worldwide. This position is based in San Francisco, where you'll collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to transforming how sales organizations operate.

In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. Your responsibilities include articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition to prospective clients, running pilot programs, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to achieve quarterly quotas. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with customers will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate has over three years of relevant closing experience, including outbound SDR/BDR roles, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software sales. Experience with platform solutions and a proven track record of closing deals ranging from $50K to $250K are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are highly valued. Proximity to San Francisco, within a 60-mile radius, is required.

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $160,000 to $210,000 USD, with compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
