As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships within the mid-market segment. Your responsibilities include articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition to prospective clients, running and implementing pilot programs, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to achieve quarterly quotas. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with customers is also a key aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant closing experience, complemented by outbound SDR/BDR experience. Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, particularly with platform solutions, is essential. A proven track record of closing deals ranging from $50K to $250K, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required. Experience selling to sales leaders is a plus. Candidates should be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
