Mid-Market Account Executive, DACH
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers within the DACH region. This position involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while collaborating closely with a dynamic sales team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing prospects from initial contact to deal closure, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and clearly articulating Gong's value proposition to generate enthusiasm among potential clients. You will also be responsible for cultivating lasting customer relationships, implementing pilot programs, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and achieving quarterly sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both German and English, previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience selling platform solutions and familiarity with sales leadership are advantageous. Additionally, candidates should be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
