Mid Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Supply Chain (Houston)
Axiom is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team in Houston. This role focuses on supporting high-volume client projects, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting. Axiom is a leader in providing innovative legal solutions, combining top-tier talent with cutting-edge technology to address complex legal challenges across various industries.
In this position, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and services agreements. You will also support contracts related to supply chain and manufacturing, such as vendor, supplier, and operations-related agreements. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts align with business objectives and contribute to the development of contract playbooks and process improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a JD or equivalent degree with active bar membership in good standing and possesses 5-14 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or in a commercial-focused practice. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are required, along with the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
