Mid Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Supply Chain (Dallas)
Axiom is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team in Dallas, focusing on high-volume client projects with an emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting work. This role is ideal for mid-level commercial generalists with solid experience in commercial contracting and exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments, even if not subject-matter experts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and services agreements. Additionally, the role involves supporting supply chain and manufacturing-focused contracts, providing practical legal guidance on contract terms and negotiation strategies, assisting with large commercial contracting initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
Applicants must possess a JD or equivalent with active bar membership in good standing and have 5-14 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or in a commercial-focused practice. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts, the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Comfort with remote or hybrid work environments is also required.
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
