Mid Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Supply Chain
Axiom is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support high-volume client projects, with a strong and growing focus on supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting work. This role is well suited for mid-level commercial generalists who bring solid core commercial contracting experience and exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments, even if not a subject-matter expert.
The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and services agreements. Responsibilities also include supporting supply chain and manufacturing-focused contracts, providing practical legal guidance on contract terms and negotiation strategies, assisting with large commercial contracting initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
Applicants must possess a JD or equivalent with active bar membership in good standing and have 5-14 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or in a commercial-focused practice. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts, the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Comfort with remote or hybrid work environments is also required.
