Meta Strategy Senior Manager
As a Meta Strategy Senior Manager at Wellhub, you will lead the company's presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, audience engagement, and subscriber growth. This role is integral to Wellhub's mission of revolutionizing workplace wellness by connecting employees worldwide to top-tier partners in fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep through a unified subscription service.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing global organic strategies for Instagram and WhatsApp, establishing clear roles for various content formats to maximize discoverability and conversion. You will manage Wellhub's creator and influencer ecosystem on Instagram, identifying and fostering partnerships with credible voices in wellness and lifestyle to expand reach and drive subscriber growth. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Paid Media, Content, Brand, and Creative teams to design integrated strategies that enhance performance across Meta platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in Instagram and other Meta platforms. A strong understanding of how modern audiences discover brands through short-form video, creators, and social storytelling is essential. Fluency in English is required to effectively work with global teams and stakeholders. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with experience in building partnerships with creators and influencers that drive measurable growth.
