Medical Case Manager Virtual Assistant

The United Firm is seeking a Medical Case Manager Virtual Assistant to join our Personal Injury department. This role involves coordinating client medical treatments, reviewing and organizing medical records, and ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle. The Medical Case Manager is integral in supporting attorneys and case managers to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring client medical appointments, communicating with clients and healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records of medical treatments and billing. The role also involves tracking treatment progress, identifying any gaps or delays in care, preparing medical summaries, and assisting with administrative tasks related to case development.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury or Medical Case Management within a law firm. A strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment processes, and billing is essential. Proficiency in handling medical records, provider communications, and liens is required. Experience with case management software is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
