As a Media Planning Executive at WPP Media, you will be responsible for developing integrated, data-driven media plans that translate business objectives into clear channel strategies. This role is crucial in balancing brand and performance goals, aligning multiple stakeholders, and ensuring plans are grounded in insight, feasibility, and effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include creating full-funnel media plans across various channels such as Search, Social, Display, Video, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Retail Media. You will translate business objectives into clear channel roles, budget allocations, and phasing, supporting both always-on activities and key launch moments. Additionally, you will utilize performance data, audience insights, and market signals to inform planning decisions, interpret dashboards and reports to identify successes and areas for improvement, and support optimization and re-planning based on learnings and results.

To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or integrated planning, with experience across digital channels such as Search, Social, Display, and Video. Exposure to large or complex advertiser accounts is preferred. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel or Google Sheets are essential, along with a bachelor's degree. You should possess a strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, be comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and have the ability to connect business objectives with media strategy and channel execution. Structured thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments are also important.
