Strategy Manager
WPP Media is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its Strategy team, focusing on developing creative ideas and social strategies for leading global brands. This role involves handling complex briefs, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, and enhancing creative output through cultural understanding and strategic focus. The ideal candidate will have experience in social-first environments and a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic proposals for multi-million-dollar projects, developing insight-led creative concepts aligned with strategy, and turning strategies into compelling narratives for pitches and presentations. The Strategy Manager will also contribute to management discussions, drive collaboration within the team, and support marketing initiatives by attending platform events and sharing insights internally.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, strong written and communication skills, and be tech-savvy, particularly with Mac OS. A native understanding of various social media platforms is essential, and experience in client-facing roles is advantageous. An eye for design or design experience is also beneficial.
