Mechanical Engineer Intern

As a Mechanical Engineer Intern at LiveView Technologies (LVT), you will join a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative, mobile surveillance solutions. In this role, you will assist in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components for LVT's surveillance units. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating 3D CAD models, preparing detailed 2D drawings for fabrication and assembly, and conducting structural analyses to ensure product reliability. Additionally, you will support in-house assembly, inspection, and testing of system hardware or prototypes, contributing to the continuous improvement of LVT's products.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possesses a strong foundation in mechanical design principles. Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, is essential. Experience with mechanical analysis tools and a hands-on approach to problem-solving are highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are also important.
