The analyst will also explore and implement AI technologies to enhance automation workflows, ensuring greater scale and agility across CRM communications. Collaboration with global teams to address various requests and initiatives is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience using Braze, with proficiency in HTML for emails and the Liquid template language. Knowledge of WhatsApp and SMS strategies is advantageous. Practical experience or a strong interest in utilizing Generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and campaign orchestration is highly valued. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
