Marketing Operations Engineer
Gong is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain the systems that power our marketing execution. This role involves independently owning complex automation, routing logic, and integrations to ensure our workflows run reliably and scale effectively. The ideal candidate will translate architectural designs into clean, high-performing system configurations and proactively improve performance over time.
Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining complex lifecycle automation, routing logic, scoring models, and system integrations across the marketing technology stack. The role also involves owning end-to-end technical execution of projects, from scoping and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-launch validation. Additionally, the engineer will proactively identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and integration risks.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology within a B2B environment. The candidate should have proven experience independently configuring and maintaining complex automation, lifecycle workflows, and system integrations. Advanced proficiency in at least one major Marketing Automation Platform and strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture are also required.
