Marketing Manager (Position located in Singapore)
The Marketing Manager at KnowBe4 is responsible for effectively promoting and positioning the company's brand within the Singapore market. This role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies that align with KnowBe4's headquarters messaging and objectives. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to establish service level agreements and initiatives aimed at customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities include managing the setup of all lead generation campaigns, creating and sending email campaigns with calls to action in compliance with applicable data protection laws, and optimizing the design, content, layout, customer segmentation, and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications. The role also involves analyzing historic performance and engagement to drive strategy and planning, forecasting and tracking campaign outcomes, and measuring and optimizing lead generation marketing using dashboards, CRM, and marketing analytics reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field, with a CIM Certification or Diploma considered an asset. A minimum of three years of marketing management experience is required, along with competence in using digital marketing tools and a willingness to learn new methods and technology. Experience with Google Workspace, marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, and CRM software like Salesforce is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and organization skills, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
