Marketing Growth Insights Specialist
The Marketing Growth Insights Specialist at Wellhub will join the Marketing Analytics team, focusing on B2C operations. This role acts as a strategic bridge between global frameworks and regional execution, supporting key markets in Europe and Latin America. As the company aims for ambitious subscriber targets by 2026, the team is transitioning from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-driven strategy. The specialist will collaborate closely with MarTech, Product, and Regional Leadership to develop a measurement ecosystem that translates complex data into critical business decisions.
Key responsibilities include driving regional growth by uncovering localized insights to enhance campaign performance, subscriber acquisition, and ROI. The specialist will lead analyses of global market shifts and performance benchmarks to optimize cross-regional initiatives and shape the 2026 growth roadmap. They will transform complex data from multiple sources into compelling narratives for executive visibility, partner with MarTech and Product teams to refine attribution models, and establish self-service analytics tools to empower marketing teams. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with global analytics forums to standardize critical KPIs and evaluating AI-powered tools to enhance understanding of the B2C ecosystem and user journeys.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, along with at least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth, or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS or B2C environments. A strong foundation in SQL, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of B2C marketing funnels and proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude, and the MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce and HubSpot. Expertise in measurement frameworks like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and LTV/CAC logic is also necessary. Fluency or advanced proficiency in English and the ability to communicate data-driven narratives effectively to regional leads and global leadership are crucial.
