The team in Germany supports creatives in navigating the dynamic local and global music industry.
In this role, you will engage in a diverse training program in marketing communications, gaining insights into product management, audience development, digital and physical distribution, and controlling. As part of the team, you will assist in managing and developing relationships with labels, artists, and partners, contributing to the operational execution of digital and physical music releases. Your responsibilities will include content creation, planning social media campaigns, and developing strategies to enhance our presence across relevant platforms. Additionally, you will analyze key performance indicators to optimize content strategies, support marketing campaign planning and execution, and collaborate with the sales team to prepare pitches for new releases on digital streaming platforms. Participation in event organization and administrative tasks will also be part of your duties, working closely with national and international teams, external service providers, and our labels.
Candidates should have completed their (Fach-)Hochschulreife and possess a strong interest in current music trends, artists, and digital market developments. Organizational skills, effective communication with various partners, and the ability to manage long-term projects are essential. Prior experience with social media, digital tools, or content creation is advantageous. Proficiency in German and English, familiarity with Google Workplace or MS Office, and a passion for music are required.
