Manager, Warehouse Technical Support
The Manager of Warehouse Technical Support at ALO is responsible for leading and developing a team of Warehouse Support Associates who provide technical support for all technology used in warehouse operations. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems, devices, and automation that enable daily production, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities. The Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for warehouse technology support, partnering closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and third-party vendors to maintain a stable, efficient, and technology-enabled warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include managing, coaching, and developing a team of Warehouse Support Associates, establishing clear expectations, workflows, and service-level standards for warehouse technical support, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager will oversee day-to-day technical support for warehouse devices, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring rapid triage, escalation, and resolution of issues that could impact production or safety, and monitoring system health to prevent downtime.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations support, IT support, or technical operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Hands-on experience supporting warehouse technology, automation, or distribution center systems is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking. Proven ability to manage and develop technical support teams in a fast-paced environment, experience with equipment and asset tracking, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
