Manager, Statutory & Intercompany Accounting

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Manager of Statutory & Intercompany Accounting to oversee global statutory financial reporting and intercompany accounting processes. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and optimizing intercompany transactions within a high-growth SaaS environment.

The Manager will be responsible for preparing and filing statutory financial statements across various international jurisdictions, aligning U.S. GAAP reporting with local statutory frameworks, and coordinating global statutory audits. Additionally, the role involves managing intercompany recharges, overseeing transfer pricing journal entries, and ensuring timely settlement of intercompany balances in collaboration with the Treasury team.

Candidates should possess a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with over 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including managing statutory financial reporting and audits across multiple international jurisdictions. A solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAPs is essential, along with experience in intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
