Manager, Revenue Operations
The Manager of Revenue Operations at Euna Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This position is integral to ensuring seamless revenue flow through the business by overseeing governance, standards, and execution across deal operations, compensation, go-to-market processes, systems, and analytics. Euna Solutions is a leading provider of cloud-based software designed to help public sector and government organizations streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.
In this role, the Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for owning governance and oversight for deal execution, including booking standards and compliance with approved business policies. They serve as the escalation point for complex deal structures, booking discrepancies, and contract interpretation questions. Additionally, the role involves designing, administering, and managing variable compensation plans in partnership with go-to-market leadership and Finance, as well as enforcing pricing, discounting, and approval guardrails to protect deal economics.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or other related roles. Experience in a multi-product B2B SaaS environment with new, expansion, and renewal motions is essential. A proven track record in governing go-to-market processes, deal operations, and bookings workflows is required. Strong operational and commercial judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to partner cross-functionally while holding the line on standards are key attributes. Advanced Excel and analytical skills, along with experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI or Domo, are also necessary.
Euna Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $137,500, depending on the candidate's background, strengths, and contributions.
