The role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, and Product Security to define platform strategy and standards. The Manager ensures that core services meet high standards for security, availability, performance, and operational excellence. Additionally, the position requires engaging with customer-facing teams to support issue resolution and ensure platform concerns are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of professional experience in the software development industry, with at least three years in managing engineers within agile environments. Experience leading shared platform or infrastructure teams supporting multiple products is essential. Strong people-management skills, including hiring, mentoring, and career development, are required. The candidate should have experience collaborating with Architecture and Security teams to deliver secure and scalable services.
