Manager, Product Analytics
Engine is seeking a Manager of Product Analytics to lead a team of data analysts supporting the Pricing & Supply teams. In this position, the Manager will oversee approximately eight data analysts, collaborating closely with leaders across Pricing, Supply, Product, and Data teams. Responsibilities include developing analytical plans, decision frameworks, dashboards, experiments, and recommendations to enhance pricing performance, supplier coverage, marketplace dynamics, conversion rates, margins, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field, with a minimum of three years in a managerial role. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets are essential. A strong business acumen, with the ability to connect analytics work to revenue, margin, customer experience, operational efficiency, or strategic priorities, is crucial. Experience in high-growth, product-led, marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, travel, fintech, or logistics environments is preferred.
