Remote is seeking a Manager for PEO Payroll Implementations to lead a nationally distributed team of specialists. This role involves overseeing the onboarding of international clients onto Remote's Global Payroll platform, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations across multiple states and industries. The Manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing standard operating procedures, documenting government payroll compliance regulations, and creating scalable operational processes. The Manager will monitor team performance against key metrics, address customer escalations to maintain high retention rates, and serve as a subject matter expert across the organization. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Product & Engineering, Tax & Payments, Finance, Benefits, and Vendor Relations teams is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding process and compliance with PEO payroll regulations.

Candidates should have over five years of end-to-end PEO payroll experience across all states, as well as experience in PEO payroll customer implementation within a SaaS environment. Proficiency in implementing payroll structures to ensure statutory compliance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop standard operating procedures are required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment are also essential. Experience with scaling processes, automating tasks, and driving metrics to meet business goals is highly valued. Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, and Worklio are advantageous.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $112,500 to $126,600 USD.
