Engine is seeking a Manager of Field Events, Growth to lead and execute comprehensive field marketing programs aimed at expanding the company's reach and accelerating growth. As a rapidly scaling travel and spend management platform, Engine is committed to transforming business travel into a personalized and seamless experience. This role is integral to engaging with potential clients who are less active online, focusing on in-person interactions to drive pipeline growth.

The Manager will oversee the entire field marketing program, including selecting and organizing events, targeting and recruiting attendees, developing content and event schedules, managing on-site execution, and conducting post-event follow-ups. Key activities involve traditional events such as customer dinners, sporting event suites, and regional roadshows, as well as innovative in-person activations like job site visits and office drop-ins. Additionally, the role includes managing partnerships with destination marketing organizations (DMOs) to enhance regional engagement and expand the model to other markets.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, with at least one year in a leadership role. A strong background in end-to-end field program management, including event selection, audience targeting, content creation, and pipeline reporting, is essential. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for execution, a solid understanding of experimentation and analytics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams are also required.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $115,600 to $160,000 USD, with potential for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
