The role is crucial in ensuring that sales representatives spend less time on research and more time engaging with highly qualified leads.

Key responsibilities include ensuring Salesforce data is clean, accurate, and up-to-date by filling in missing fields such as job titles, contact details, firmographics, and technographics. The manager will implement automated data enrichment workflows using tools like ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clay to reduce manual administrative burdens for sales reps. Additionally, the role involves designing structured outreach strategies tailored to specific segments, integrating enriched data directly into sales engagement tools, identifying new account opportunities, and monitoring key performance indicators to refine sales plays.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with over five years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or data management. Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and a methodical approach to resolving data inconsistencies are also required. Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers, along with excellent time management and organizational skills, are necessary for success in this role.
