Additionally, the role involves evaluating and piloting AI tools to support content creation and optimization, designing prompt frameworks for AI-generated content, and enabling teams through documentation and training.

Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in content marketing or strategy, with a proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Experience in managing and developing content or marketing teams is essential. A strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SEO best practices, and proficiency with AI content-generation platforms are required. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $78,000–$100,000 annually.
