Structure Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics to join our Clinical Development Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of clinical supply activities, contributing directly to the success of our clinical trials. The position is based in South San Francisco, CA, and reports to the Associate Director of Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of clinical supply management, including forecasting investigational product (IP) requirements, inventory control, and coordinating packaging, labeling, and distribution through third-party vendors. Key responsibilities encompass demand forecasting, supply planning, label generation and approval, packaging operations, batch record review, distribution management, and inventory oversight. Collaboration with internal teams such as Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners like Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) is essential to ensure the seamless execution of clinical trials.

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree, preferably in a scientific discipline, and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in clinical supply management within a small biotech environment. Experience with blinded studies, knowledge of cGMP, GCP, GDP regulations, and proficiency in forecasting, labeling, and distribution in a clinical setting are required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential.

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $144,000 to $172,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
