Key responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing a sales-focused account management team, setting and exceeding quotas related to onboarding, retention, and expansion, and collaborating with Account Managers and Regional Directors to craft effective account strategies. The role also involves building strong relationships with executive stakeholders at key accounts, leveraging data to make informed decisions about customer risk and retention, and fostering a culture of innovation and exceptional customer experience.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience leading an Account Management or Sales team in a high-growth environment, with strong skills in people management, performance management, coaching, and development. A sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on revenue growth opportunities is essential. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
