As a Maintenance Technician at Numa in Amsterdam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our thoughtfully designed apartments. In this role, you will lead painting and touch-up work to keep our apartments fresh and inviting. You will respond promptly to guest and colleague requests, efficiently handling painting-related and minor technical issues. Regular inspections will be conducted to identify areas needing repainting or repair before they become problematic. Additionally, you will oversee external contractors when necessary, ensuring all work meets our high standards, and complete planned maintenance and renovation projects to enhance the overall quality and appearance of our apartments.
The ideal candidate possesses a talent for repairing and maintaining building systems, with a broad range of technical skills and a strong understanding of building operations. You should thrive in an independent work environment, effectively prioritizing tasks.
