Head of Corporate Communications & PR (m/f/d)
As the Head of Corporate Communications & PR at Numa, you will be the architect of the company's global narrative, reporting directly to the CEO. Numa is a forward-thinking hospitality brand redefining how people discover cities, offering thoughtfully designed accommodations in Europe's most vibrant neighborhoods. This role is pivotal in communicating how Numa is disrupting the €100B European hospitality market.
Your primary responsibilities include owning the end-to-end corporate narrative, balancing B2B communications with investors and real estate partners, and B2C stories targeting lifestyle and travel media. You will craft compelling long-form content, thought leadership pieces, and digital stories that highlight the human aspect of Numa's data-driven model. Additionally, you will manage the CEO's public profile, develop keynotes, and lead LinkedIn strategies to establish industry-wide authority. Collaborating closely with the Brand team, you will ensure Numa's presence in top lifestyle and travel media outlets, focusing on design and the modern traveler experience.
The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment. A proven track record in transforming complex tech or business models into engaging narratives for mainstream lifestyle media is essential. While a background in hospitality is not required, experience in high-growth tech, fintech, D2C, or disruptive brands is highly valued. Strong agency management skills are crucial, with the ability to hold external partners accountable for high-impact results. Bonus points for experience in founder-led communications, a robust network in the European tech and lifestyle media landscape, and navigating company narratives post-acquisition.
