In this role, the Litigation Paralegal will collaborate closely with a lead attorney and litigation assistant, contributing to various aspects of case preparation and management. The position offers competitive compensation and a generous bonus plan.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel; conducting legal research and factual investigations; preparing discovery documents; drafting and serving summons; coordinating and summarizing depositions; preparing trial binders and exhibits; maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes; organizing exhibits and evidence; assisting attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests; gathering relevant information from various sources; liaising between trial teams and third parties; aiding in witness preparation; and supporting case settlements.

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting is required, particularly in areas such as Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, First Party, or Medical Malpractice. Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
