Litigation Paralegal
Morgan & Morgan, a prominent personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints, as well as e-filing court documents in both state and federal courts. You will also communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, conduct legal research, prepare discovery documents, coordinate depositions, and assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings.
Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. A minimum of two years of litigation experience is preferred, particularly in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or related practice areas. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
