The firm specializes in personal injury, civil rights, class actions, and medical malpractice, employing over 6,000 individuals, including more than 1,000 attorneys across the United States.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties encompass conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings.

Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. A minimum of two years of litigation experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings, as well as knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court procedures, is also required.
