Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our Jacksonville, Florida office. This role involves close collaboration with a lead attorney and litigation assistant, contributing significantly to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. Duties include e-filing court documents in both state and federal courts, conducting legal research and factual investigations, and drafting discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses. Additional tasks involve coordinating and summarizing depositions, preparing trial binders and exhibits, and assisting with witness preparation and case settlements.

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting is required. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, first-party, medical malpractice, or other injury-related practice areas is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage workloads with minimal supervision are also necessary.
