Litigation Attorney - Consumer Packaged Goods

Axiom is seeking experienced In-house Consumer Litigation Attorneys to join our team, providing legal support to clients across various industries, with a focus on consumer packaged goods. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the United States, collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.

In this position, you will advise on consumer litigation matters, including disputes related to product liability, consumer protection laws, and contract issues. Responsibilities encompass managing various aspects of litigation, such as drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance teams and product developers, as well as outside counsel, to ensure legal compliance and minimize litigation risk.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school and hold an active license to practice law in their state of residence. A minimum of seven years of experience in consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.

Compensation for this role ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year, determined based on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
