Key responsibilities include full ownership of Wellhub's LinkedIn channel, driving reach, engagement quality, audience growth, and supporting demand generation. The manager will develop and execute integrated organic and paid strategies in collaboration with Paid Media, Content, Communications, Brand, and Demand Generation teams. Additionally, the role involves leading executive thought leadership initiatives, managing relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors, activating employee advocacy programs, and overseeing community engagement on LinkedIn.

Candidates should have substantial experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with a strong emphasis on B2B social platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Proficiency in English is essential for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and an operator, capable of defining long-term channel direction while executing daily publishing, engagement, and experimentation. Experience working closely with executives and thought leaders to develop compelling voices and consistent platforms is also required.
