Line Producer, WatchTime
The Line Producer for WatchTime at MrBeast will serve as the operational backbone for one of our lifestyle and unscripted channels. This role combines channel operations and physical production, ensuring seamless execution of every shoot by meticulously planning schedules, budgets, locations, crew, logistics, and vendor coordination. The Line Producer will collaborate closely with the Creative Producer to bring videos to life, partner with the General Manager on financial and operational performance, and build production infrastructure that allows the channel to scale without compromising quality or speed.
Key responsibilities include owning all production planning aspects, building and managing the channel production budget in partnership with the General Manager, producing every shoot on set by running the day, holding the schedule, and ensuring the Creative Producer has what they need to deliver. The Line Producer will also source, vet, and manage production contractors for each shoot, coordinate all talent logistics, liaise with the General Manager on financial performance, operational reporting, and production capacity planning, anticipate production bottlenecks, and build and document production systems that allow the channel to scale without losing quality or speed.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years in production management, line producing, or channel operations for YouTube or digital video, with a proven ability to manage production budgets and schedules from pre-production through delivery. Experience producing on-location shoots with lean crews in fast-moving environments is essential, along with exceptional organizational precision, the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure, and clear and proactive communication. Familiarity with YouTube channel operations beyond physical production, such as asset management, upload pipelines, and delivery, is preferred. Experience building production infrastructure from scratch at a new or early-stage channel and existing relationships with production crew or vendors in the Southeast US are also advantageous.
