Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance
The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance role is integral to ensuring accurate and efficient management of time and attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. This position emphasizes legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes. The specialist will report to the Time & Attendance Manager within the Lifecycle team.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for time and attendance, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. The specialist will provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to employee lifecycle matters, particularly in the context of time and attendance. Additionally, the role involves gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey and meticulously managing employee data to support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
Candidates should have solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries. A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, both local and international, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management, is essential. Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations within an organization is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, especially in a remote setting.
