The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance - APAC is a pivotal role within Remote's Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team, focusing on managing time and attendance activities for external employees and clients across the Asia-Pacific region. This position emphasizes legal compliance and aims to deliver an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes. The specialist will report directly to the Time & Attendance Manager.

Key responsibilities include serving as an expert on time and attendance matters, assisting senior specialists with complex projects, and advising clients and employees on employment law changes. The role also involves managing employee lifecycle events such as family leave, sick leave, time tracking, public holidays, and working hours. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities and support HR and financial audits.

Candidates should have proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity and legal compliance, along with comprehensive HR support across various jurisdictions. Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills are essential, as is proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite is required, and an enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations and automation is considered a plus.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $29,750 to $67,000 USD.
